Peter is a Chartered Fellow of the CIOB and APM with over 30 years of international experience leading complex real estate, infrastructure, and urban development programmes. His career spans the strategic oversight of landmark assets across five regions, including both the world’s tallest tower (Burj Khalifa) and
the second tallest (Merdeka 118)—and he is currently overseeing another technically ambitious development in Dubai Creek Harbour.
Having operated across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, UK, Channel Islands, and USA, Peter has delivered over USD $5B in high-profile developments. His expertise lies in aligning business vision with delivery strategy, optimising programme governance, and leading multidisciplinary teams across
geographically diverse portfolios.
