Leo Lung is Technical Director at SCB’s San Francisco office, where he leads firmwide expertise in building technology and exterior enclosure systems. With over 20 years of global practice across large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, higher education, hospitality, healthcare, and supertall building projects, he is recognized for his technical leadership in enclosure design, waterproofing strategies, accessibility, code compliance, and life safety.
As SCB’s Studio Technical Leader, Leo is actively engaged in all phases of project delivery—from early design through construction and post-occupancy—monitoring technical design, documentation quality, and sustainable performance. He facilitates interdisciplinary coordination among architects, consultants, and clients, while leading quality management reviews to ensure consistent, high-performance outcomes.
A Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), Leo integrates advanced sustainability and energy-performance strategies into projects worldwide. His work emphasizes resilient, high-performance enclosures and innovative technical solutions that advance sustainable urban development.
