About
Over the course of 15 years, Rahul has led and managed work on campus master plans, mixed-use development, waterfront redevelopment, and plans for sustainable new communities, including authorship of accompanying urban design guidelines. As a passionate urbanist, Rahul is committed to building vibrant, healthy, sustainable communities. Rahul has worked in both private as well as municipal public-sector settings and brings a unique perspective to projects through this lens. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in planning, architecture, and urban design. He has worked at different scales, ranging from the public realm and streetscape improvement to solving block and precinct plan challenges, to more complex planning framework challenges. Rahul’s work is informed by an understanding of the city as a complex system in which various disciplines guide and shape the city, his interest and advocacy in landscape architecture, community engagement, transit and place-making further underpin his holistic reading of the city.
