Raymond Wong is the Executive Director of Hongkong Land Limited which is a major property investment, management and development group. Founded in 1889, Hongkong Land’s business is built on excellence, integrity and partnership. Hongkong Land owns and manages more than 850,000 sq. m. of prime office and luxury retail property in key Asian cities, principally in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Jakarta. Its properties attract the world’s foremost companies and luxury brands. Raymond is responsible for the project management functions of the Company’s investments. He has more than 30 years of experience in the property and construction industries, in areas including project management, property development and investment, asset management, quantity surveying and contract administration.
Raymond is a professional Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder. He is currently also a committee member of the Governance & Quality Committee of Hong Kong Green Building Council and the Hong Kong Chapter of CTBUH.
