I am an experienced Director with vast experience within niche business sectors, managing complex operations and leading diverse teams. I have expert knowledge of P&L, project management, business transformation and sales expertise, along with an impressive record leading, training and developing teams. I am comfortable developing beneficial relationships stakeholders at all levels and have in-depth experience with all the different aspects of large-scale management, including budgeting, man-management, resource management and performance management/KPIs. Perhaps the most fulfilling part of my recent positions has been developing a workforce to take care and pride in their work. I strongly believe that valuing the contributions made by individuals encourages genuine commitment, and certainly, this has been my own experience.
