Ricky is the Head of Property and Asset Management for JLL China. He is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality property and asset management services across JLL’s managed portfolio in the country, covering key cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen. Ricky is committed to driving business growth, maintaining key client relationships, strengthening operational compliance, fostering innovation, and developing market-specific service solutions based on deep regional insights. Ricky started his career with JLL in 1997 as Office Leasing Manager in Beijing. Over his 27-year tenure, Ricky has extensive expertise in property and asset management, leasing strategy, operational planning, and client advisory, having supported numerous large-scale real estate developers and corporate clients across China. Ricky has played a key role in expanding JLL’s service footprint and strengthening its market leadership in China’s property and asset management sector.
