About
Bob Pratt joined Tishman Speyer in 1998 and is the senior project executive leading the development of the New York headquarters for a global financial services institution.  Between 2010 and 2021, he was based in Shanghai and was the Head of Design & Construction in the region.  Prior to that, his experience included being the project executive for another financial services institution headquartered in New York and directing Tishman Speyer’s design and construction activities on the West Coast of the United States. Before joining the company, he had extensive experience at various Bovis Group companies, including projects in Chicago, New York City, Canary Wharf in London, Petronas Tower One at Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and The Venetian in Las Vegas. Bob holds a Bachelor of Architecture with honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
