Roman Przepiorka is an Associate Principal at DeSimone, based in the Chicago office. Roman has led the structural engineering from concept through construction, advised architects, developers and owners, and provided peer and contractor review on many projects throughout the world. He has also led the delivery of virtually all building and infrastructure services to a range of clients on a range of project types. Roman was a senior structural engineer at SOM, an Associate and later a Project Director at Buro Happold, Regional Director at Halvorson and Partners, an Associate Principal at Arup, and a Vice President at Mott MacDonald. From 2013 through 2016, Roman developed and led Balfour Beatty’s (UK Major Projects) Engineering Excellence Group. Roman has significant international experience and expertise.
