A civil engineer with a B.E. from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, Rucha Watve has been a Partner at JW Consultants LLP, Pune, since 2008. She leads a team of 125 engineers and oversees 400–500 residential, commercial, and industrial structural design projects each year. His professional affiliations include IstructE (Pune), the Institution of Engineers (India), CTBUH, ISET, and the Indian Concrete Institute.
