About
Sam Lai is a property professional with over 20 years’ experience in real estate development, specifically in project management, project planning and asset enhancement. He started his project management career at Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd. (SHKP) in 1997, and since then has participated in including residential, office, retail, hotel and integrated mix-use projects. He is currently the Project Director and General Manager of the Southern China region at SHKP, with extensive experience in strategic planning and project execution from inception to completion, both in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
