A dedicated focus on the end user is at the heart of Sam’s approach to architecture. The experience, wellness, and future success of communities guide her design philosophy, carrying into her management approach where she is dedicated to facilitating collaboration across design teams to deliver the best outcomes for each project. Over the course of her career, Sam has brought valuable technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver complex projects incorporating a mix of existing and new build elements. At Shenzhen Center, a transit-oriented, mixed-use development with a 375-meter tower, her role included close collaboration with the client and consultants from concept through to construction administration. Sam has extensive experience with large-scale masterplans, particularly those with a strong retail component such as the Yiwu retail street and residential district, and the mixed-use district, Huangpu Yuyuan.
