Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari, COO of Raymond Realty is a graduate civil engineer with MBA and a transformative leader. He has been honored with several awards including the prestigious "Glory of India" award by the Indian Achievers Forum. His 34-year journey within Raymond Limited, evolved from a Junior Engineer in 1990 to the Director of Projects in 2010 and he now serves as the COO of Raymond Realty and overseas the Liaison, Design and Operational delivery for 25 mn sqft of development in various stages.
In the capacity of a Project head, Sandeep has delivered the marque project of J K House designed by celebrated designers in a record time of 4 years from inception. This 40 story tall statement design with glorious façade and landscape now adds pride and elegance to the prestigious skyline of Southern Mumbai.
Beyond his pivotal role in establishing manufacturing units in a major part of his career, Mr. Maheshwari's acumen extends to impactful CSR initiatives, ranging from educational institutions to temples, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to development. His contributions span diverse sectors, encompassing high-rise buildings and industrial plants, showcasing a versatility that transcends conventional roles.
