About
As Vice President of design and planning at SL Green Realty Corp., Stephanie Rogowski leads the design of ground-up, new developments, redevelopments, adaptive reuse, and renovation projects. Stephanie directs the design process from initial concept through execution with external consultants while collaborating with Executive leadership and internal departments. Stephanie brings 15 years of experience as a licensed architect to the real estate industry leading the delivery of award-winning projects of various typologies and scales with project budgets totaling over $5B.
Before joining SL Green Realty Corp., Stephanie worked at Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) where she dedicated her time to the design and coordination of One Vanderbilt under the direction of SL Green. Prior to KPF, Stephanie found her passion for skyscrapers at Pickard Chilton contributing to various large-scale competitions and projects like ExxonMobil Campus in Spring, Texas and Devon Energy Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Stephanie holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology, is a registered architect in NY, NJ, and CT, and a LEED accredited professional. She also holds a certificate from NYU SPS Schack Institute in Real Estate Investment Finance. Stephanie is a member of the GCSA, where she shares her passion for the built environment with the students she mentors.
