About
Tengku Dato’ Ab. Aziz Tengku Mahmud is currently the Advisor of PNB Merdeka Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PNB. He was responsible for the development of the Merdeka 118 precinct project, comprising a 118-storey tower & observation deck, among others. He has a Master in Business Administration from Cranfield Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering, Loughborough University of Technology in United Kingdom. Before his current role as the Advisor of PNB Merdeka Ventures, he was the CEO of the company. Prior to joining PMV, he was the Head of Property Development of Sime Darby Property Bhd. He has also served in Kumpulan Guthrie Bhd as Head of Property and as the CEO of Guthrie Property Development Holding Bhd. He is a Fellow of CVU, the past president of FIABCI-Malaysia and members of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Management.
