About
Tengku Dato’ Ab. Aziz Tengku Mahmud is currently the CEO of PNB Merdeka Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PNB. He is responsible for the development of the Merdeka 118 precinct project, comprising a 118-storey tower & observation deck, among others.
He has a Master in Business Administration from Cranfield Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering, Loughborough University of Technology in United Kingdom. Before joining PNB Merdeka Ventures as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he was the Head of Property Development of Sime Darby Property Bhd. He has also served in Kumpulan Guthrie Bhd as Head of Property and as the CEO of Guthrie Property Development Holding Bhd. He is the past president of FIABCI-Malaysia, a member of CTBUH, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Management.
