About
Thomas Farrell’s primary focus at Cove Property Group is on ground-up development and repositioning of existing assets. Key projects at Cove include Hudson Commons at 441 Ninth Avenue and the complete redevelopment of a 26-story pre-war office building at 101 Greenwich Street. From 1995 through 2015 Farrell was a senior executive at Tishman Speyer where he served on the company’s Investment Committee. Prior to this, Farrell spent nine years managing major projects with Olympia & York. Farrell is a PE and has a bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College, where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
