About
From 2017-2019, Tim was the President and CEO of CallisonRTKL, the Arcadis company's architecture and design consultancy business. He formerly worked as Global Director of the ARCADIS Buildings business line, a member of the ARCADIS Senior Management Committee and Leadership Council. An internationally focused senior executive leader with premier technical transactional and operational performance skills complemented with expert leadership, talent development and management knowledge gained from 35 years of delivery and exposure to major global deals and transactions in public and private enterprises.
Tim is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and for the previous 4 years was a member of their Global Regulatory Board. Tim Neal was elected to the position of RICS Senior Vice President; which he took up in November 2017. Serving in this role for a year, he became President Elect in November 2018 and President in November 2019, serving for one year. Tim was a Board Trustee and Secretary of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and became Chair of the International Fire Safety Standards (IFSS) Coalition at the end of 2018.
