About

Hines are the world’s leading global real estate developer, manager and investor. Recognized as Global Sector Leader by GRESB in 2021 for the fifth consecutive year, Hines builds upon over 60 years of sustainable practices and ethos. Tom joined Hines in 2018 with 10 years international experience in real estate development with a passion for sustainable urban development practices. Acting as the Director of Development for Hines in the Nordics, Tom builds upon recent experience supporting Hines in Ireland and rapid growth in a residential led mixed-use development pipeline between 2018 and 2020. Hines have a long term strategy to grow in the Nordic region and his recent move to the Nordics in 2020 signals a step-change within Hines; supporting the shift of a stable real estate business, with €812m under management and one landmark Copenhagen development, into a leading urban development partner in the Nordic region. Tom builds on both delivery and acquisitions roles abroad including complex, inner city and air-rights development and both commercial and residential projects of scale.
