About
Victoria leads the high performance buildings and communities team in California and is responsible for sustainability consulting, high performance building design, net zero building design; and energy simulation. She has over 13 years of experience in high performance building design working on projects in both North America and Europe. She has led several net zero energy projects and her portfolio includes many LEED Gold and LEED Platinum projects. She was the ZNE energy lead for the Zero Net Energy Strategic Plan work with California Department of General Services (DGS), DMV Delano ZNE, Suffolk County Community College, and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation net zero advisory work. Other projects include Golden 1 Center, Sacramento, CA (building performance modeling, 2012-15); 50 UN Plaza, GSA, San Francisco, CA (measurement and verification lead, 2014-15); and BART Transit Operation Facility, Hayward, CA (energy performance modeling lead, 2017-18). She is currently helping several data center and logistic clients to decarbonize their portfolio.
