Vince Ugarow is a Director at Hilson Moran, a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy for the built environment. He is responsible for leading design teams on high-profile UK and international projects, for a comprehensive portfolio of blue chip clients.

He has extensive experience in successfully delivering sustainable building engineering designs on projects for investors, developers and end users, including a wide range of commercial offices, residential developments, hotels, retail centers and mixed-use schemes.

His particular expertise is in design and project management of energy efficient high-rise buildings, including [url=http://www.skyscrapercenter.com/complex/445]Tameer Towers[/url] in Abu Dhabi and most recently [url=http://www.skyscrapercenter.com/building/20-fenchurch/3350]20 Fenchurch Street “The Walkie Talkie”[/url] in London. Vince led Hilson Moran’s team in the design stages of the project, through the construction phase and completion, to the post occupancy period. The project was the first City of London high rise building to be fully designed in 3D BIM between the architectural, structural and MEP project teams.

A qualified Chartered Engineer, Vince has presented at a number of conferences and seminars in the UK, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience gained through 28 years of working in the industry. His papers have focused on sustainable tall building design principles using practical engineering solutions and integrating credible renewable energy technologies.
