About

Zainab Alireza is an Urban Designer in AECOM’s Design, Planning and Economics Department with over ten years’ experience. Holding a Masters in Housing and Urbanism, Zainab has an extensive understanding of the factors influencing good urban design and has a keen interest in developing positive public experiences through urban strategies. Zainab has experience working on projects at varying scales and location, including long-term spatial visions for mega-city regions, masterplans and urban design strategies for residential, commercial and retail projects. Zainab has particular experience on Middle Eastern projects, possessing a deep understanding of physical and social influences unique to these projects.
