About
Mr. Chen Zhouwen has thirty years of architectural design and project development management experience. He joined Parkland Group in 2008, and served as a main leading role of One Shenzhen Bay, which is a 470,000 square meter iconic mixed use project with offices, hotel, apartments, and retail. From 2000 through 2008, Mr. Chen Zhouwen held senior positions with several other top development companies including China Vanke Co., Ltd., and executed the design and development of several mega projects. From 1991 through 2000, he worked as the Principal Architect in Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd. He is a First Class Registered Architect, and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University, School of Architecture.
